I met Sam for the very first time when I came out of the recovery room and he was like a ray of sunshine. He was professional, prompt, attentive and compassionate and was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. Sam did everything that he said he would.
If it were not for Sam’s kindness, goodness and willingness to think outside the box, I would not have been able to have the surgery on that day. Sam definitely saved the day!!
